Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply.
The symptoms described in your query appear to be due to acid reflux problem.
Had I been your treating physician I would have advised the following:
1. Pantoprazole+Domperidone tablet one hour before breakfast once daily for 1-2 weeks.
2. Avoid oily and spicy foods, fast and junk foods, smoking, alcohol, etc.
3. Do not sleep immediately after having food, sleep at least 2 hours after having food.
3. Elevate the head end of your bed by 45 degree.
4. Do regular exercise and reduce your body weight if you are overweight.
5. Get examined by an Orthopedic surgeon for your radiating neck pain to rule out pinched nerve in the neck bones and its treatment thereafter.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in getting rid of your problems.
Best wishes.
