Question: Hi. I have smoked meth for first time. For about. Month nown. And I did a lot. This morning I had trouble breathing. And right now I almost called 911. Then I realized that I was on probation. So I am not calling them. Is there something i can get to help with breathing. Until it leaves my body. About 5 days

Hello,

I read your query and understand your concerns.

During the meth withdrawal period the following important things should be observed.
1. Compete rest from sternous activities
2. Plenty of water intake
3. Engagement in mild physical activity as far as possible
4. Stress management
