NO. It is not an answer. I have not said that I have to try hard to pass stools nor said that the breathlessness stops during it. I see your questions as unnecessary.

Hello,
It is my duty to ask relevant questions pertaining to the problem as I do not know your history and if I feel that I should know something this is the only way I can ask.
You could have just answered in a polite and better way.
Anyways if that is not the condition, I would advice for baseline cardiac examination. Moments before and during bowel movements, the abdominal pressure rises. This may at times put pressure on the thoracic cavity and the heart which can lead to breathlessness. Based on the information provide, I can only think of this possibility as the cause of your symptom.
You might need 24 hrs volter monitoring for heart and a baseline ecg to see any changes in the beating pattern or if arrhythmia if present.
If you have any more questions you can ask me back.
Thank you
