Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well you are on optimum treatment for GERD and have been correctly treated for H. pylori too.
Breathlessness is unlikely an symptom of GERD.
Worthwhile getting yourself evaluated for asthma, cardiac problems.
some times GERD is know to aggravate asthma but very rare.
Rarely anxiety associated can cause breathless.
Can try following thing for your GERD in addition and see if it helps
Avoid sleeping two hours after meals
Elevate head end of your bed by four inches when you sleep
Avoid coffee and aerated drinks
Go for regular walk
All this will help you in long run

Result was upper portion of lungs was clear whereas as oxygen not going down into the bottom branches of the lungs. He prescribed Foracort 200 but still I am breathless.. He felt my breathlessness could be due to Gerd.
Pls note I have bloating, severe gas formation and virtually unable to eat any food in the evenings.
The last few months prior to H Pylori, medication I used to take Nexpro Rd 20 twice daily and my breathlessness had actually stopped. But I was told to stop the medicine and take plain Nexpro.

Detailed Answer:
hello
thank you for your query
well good to know that your cardiac evaluation was normal.
possibly you have some asthma too so need to continue the inhaler.
well if you were feeling better with nexpro rd then can take it once a day in morning and continue ganaton 50 mg twice a day before meals and see how you feel.
if you have severe reflux then worthwhile getting an PH metry test done to look for actual acid reflux which will help you in long term decision for treatment.
