What Causes Brief Moment Of Dizziness During Workouts?

Question: Hi, i recently started my light jog activity, it usually take me 15-20 minutes to complete my workout. Just a light one. Im 110kg. This morning during my light joging, after 15 minutes, i feel a light dizzy, so i try to sit down and calm my self down, after 30-40 second. Its disapper. Can you explain this for me please?

I am so sorry to hear about what you experienced, Since this is the very first time you observed this, it is probably due to reduced blood flow to the brain. This results in a brief moment of dizziness. This often occurs when you change positions rapidly before the body can adjust to and maintain the normal brain perfusion.

Be cal, relaxed and continue your exercises as before. There is no reason to stop or become too concerned. However, report any future occurrences to me for more insights and suggestions. Also, always drink much fluids to compensate for that lost through sweating.

Should i walk or just continue the light jog?im really concern regard this. And also i get really tired even after the 15 minutes light jog. I eat candy during my workout.
