Brief Answer:
Unlikely unless you ate a large amount
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In case the quantity of cashews was large enough that can cause oil in stools which can explain the colour. The stool test will help to determine whether there is excess of oil in stools or whether there pus cells in the stools. We need to determine whether this is just related to cashews or some other problem. The stool test will help us decide
I would advise to avoid cashews for now
