Question : My fiance recently experienced broken capillaries around the urethral opening following intercourse. Is this cause for concern, and what is the cause of this?

The cause is excessive trauma in certain position during intercourse. Time should be given to heal it completely.

A physical examination by a Gynaecologist or Dermatologist is needed to see if there is anything else that is predisposing apart from trauma.
