Brief Answer:
may be due to increased stool frequency if present

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The normal brown colour of stool occurs because of changes occur in the bile pigment as it moves from the liver through the intestine.

Stool changes to a yellow colour if these changes to the bile do not occur or if there is a blockage of the passage of bile through the liver or other pathways (gallbladder or pancreatic disease can also cause an effect).

May also be a side effect of some mediations but not known to be an effect of any of your meds.

If there is an increased frequency of stool then the bile pigment may not undergo all of the alterations resulting in lighter stool. This is the reason persons with diarrhoea may have pale stool.
If you are having increased stool frequency this is the likely cause. Increased stool frequency is an uncommon side effect of prilosec.

You can consider monitoring it. If it continues your doctor may consider tests for the liver and pancreas to make sure that there are no problems.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
