Brief Answer:
Melanonychia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Definitely it is looking like longitudinal melanonychia.
This condition does not require any treatment as it subsides on its own. In my practice I advice medication in extensive cases.Tranexemic acid containing tablet like Melano TX gives good results within 2 months. It is safe with minimal side effects.
He can try this in consultation with your doctor.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hello
She must have developed scabies.
her symptoms are suggestive of that.
It is caused by itch mite and usually happens after village visit.
I treat such cases with topical application of 5 % permethrin.
It is easily available and it's safe and effective.
A single application is enough.
She can try this.
