Question: Hi ,
The query is regarding my brother .There is a light brown line on his ring finger nail since 2 months .His age is 26 . Is this a longitudinal melancholy ? Or some other thing. I am uploading a photo please have a look and guide us on next steps we need to take.

Definitely it is looking like longitudinal melanonychia.
This condition does not require any treatment as it subsides on its own. In my practice I advice medication in extensive cases.Tranexemic acid containing tablet like Melano TX gives good results within 2 months. It is safe with minimal side effects.

Thanks very much doctor for the reply ..one of my cousin is having itching sensation all over her skin .she is 21 year old .she was in a village for her project work for 3 months she is complaining since then.she develops red rashes on her back whenever she has headbath. Please suggest some Medication.
