What Causes Brown Particles In Vagina?

What causes this? My vagina has been irritated lately also.
Proper hygeine, vaginal swab, gynecologic consult
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
It is imperative to know how to usually do your private wash. It would be of interest to know if you have changed the liquid or the anti septic (as some people use) or have changed the environment lately. Any new change in the pattern, with respect to your cleaning of your private (vagina) should be carefully noted.
It is not surprising that vaginal secretions do change with the various periods of the menstrual cycle. Is this the first time you are experiencing this or not? Any recent history of unprotected sexual intercourse, pain during intercourse, vaginal itches or painful or excessive urination should be noted. These could be indirect signs of a vulvovaginal infection.
At this point, I do no think it should be something serious. I think mild changes in your environment (bathing, anti septic practice) could explain this.
A careful clinical examination by a gynecologist could be useful, in order to characterize the irritation. A vaginal swab, based on the clinical findings can be done to exclude and check for any possible infection. Adopting a good vaginal hygiene, with non irritating vaginal wash substances would be very useful. Clean water remains one of the best fluid for this purpose. Cleaning your hands properly is very important. And in case you visit the toilet, you will be advised to to wipe from front to back and not vice versa.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health,
