What Causes Brown Patches In Urine?

May be urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I could get from your short history that a 10 year old girl has urine with brown patches, feeling unwell and has sore breasts. You are from Australia but now in Japan hence feeling that going to Doctor can be tricky.
The possibility is either a concentrated urine or blood in urine may be due to stone or infection which is causing feeling unwell sensation.
The sore breast may be due to hormonal changes for her age.
Please give detailed/additional information:
- Any fever or chills?
- Pain in abdomen or so?
- On a tourist visit?
- Any other symptoms or past history of similar problems?
You may please inquire about the feasibility of seeing an emergency service or so from the locals.
Till then ask her to take plenty of fluids orally.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please give me the feedback so that we can discuss further.

Thanks for feedback

Thanks for your feedback.
Hope she pull out safely till you reach Australia.
It is always better to understand and know the provision of Emergency service in Japan so that if need be you can have medical attendance and investigations and medications given.
If not needed, lucky then.
But I think, once back in Australia a proper clinical evaluation, investigations and treatment be carried out.
