I can understand your concern for orange spots on bottom of foot. I have analyzed the picture sent by you and can get that you have orange spot on the heal of the foot.
In view to help you best I request you to kindly tell me certain important points regarding the spot:
- Since how long you have the spot- few days or more than few weeks to months.
- Is is present anywhere else or on the other foot.
- Any pain or itching or any discomfort over the spot.
- Any history of walking barefoot or wearing some new shoes or sleepers or related thing. OR any history of contact with nay chemical if you can remember before the visibility of the spot.

Never had them before yesterday. The one in the picture is actually gone and a different one on the same foot has come up today. No itching or pain. I started a new job about 3 weeks ago that requires a lot of standing but that's it

To guide you simply: Our skin gets stained due to variety of chemicals coming in contact. These spots are formed due to deposition of those chemicals in the skin. It depends upon the deposition of chemical to stay over the skin for the particular time. If the chemical is deposited deeper then the spot remains for longer time and if is superficial then remains for quite shorter time.
Such kind of orange spots are most often seen in chemical with bleaching agent or related chemicals. You just check for any sort of material coming in contact. Do not walk bare foot and wear socks.
There is no need of any treatment as these spots are self limiting.
