What Causes Brown Spots On Penis?
Question: I have recently noticed a brown spot developing in the corner created by my perineal raphe and the rolled skin near the head of my penis. There is no itching or burning or pain. It does not feel rough in texture at all. It is almost imperceptibly raised. I have not had sex in 4+ months.

Here is a picture of a similar looking spot in the folds on my penis. Is this similar? What could cause such a thing? Would increased excerise be a cause?
