I have reviewed the attached photograph and there are few possibilities: either lichen planus pigmentosus or erythema dyschromicum perstans.
Both are chronic conditions of the skin.
Do you have any itching, burning or other complaints on these brown spots?
Are they present anywhere else on the body?
Do you have any other ailments or taking any medicines?

No itching, appears only around upper tummy area, Taking no meds

LPP or EDP, topical steroid & capsule isotretinoin

Detailed Answer:
Looks like lichen planus pigmentosus( LPP) or erythema dyschromicum perstans ( EDP).
It is usually treated with potent topical steroids like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas along with low dose isotretinoin capsule.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see a doctor to get them.
