She has had a high fever off and on for about a week. It spikes and then returns to normal. she has chills and some coughing like when you have a sinus infection. She is constantly sleeping and hasn't eaten much. She hasn't said anything about burning urination.
Brief Answer:
Need to take meds as early as possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for writing me back.
This seems like a sinusitis.
I were to examine, do a through ENT examination.Get X-ray of the nose and paranasal sinus.
High color urine is seen in infections.
Advise steam inhalation(2-3 times/day) to relieve congestion of the sinus.
Antipyretics(Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily) and antibiotics (Cefixime) for a week.
Suggest you to convince your daughter to take medication and see your MD before it worsens. All the best. She shall get well soon.
