Brief Answer:
brown blood
Detailed Answer:
Well, dont worry about the brown blood. Its just accumulated blood thats coming out now. You should be on thyroid medication already. Apart from that, If your cycles are 35 days, thats still acceaptable. But more than that, means that your ovulation cannot be predicted accurately. The usual protocol is taking clomiphene for 5 days during menses, followed by follicular monitoring from day 9. That will show if eggs are being released. It may indicate ovulation. This will be followed by timed intercourse. If you get your period eventually, with brownish blood, dont worry. Thats not a problem. Mid-cycle spotting is also possible but its not an issue of it lasts just a day or 2.

Yes im on 100mg levotheroxine. Ive read internet and was worried as it said it could be cancer. ...so having brown blood is ok?. Im not being scanned last few months either. As i had been producing 2 follicles at 18mm and 20mm
Brief Answer:
follicles
Detailed Answer:
Your thyroid medications is ok. Continue taking it. The follicle sizes look good. Ideal would be between 18-22 mm. If required Inj. HCG should be given to aid in ovulation. I hope an HSG xray has been done to determine patency of the tubes.
Brown blood does not indicate cancer. Its seen in other cases too. I suggest you continue the follicle monitoring.

Brief Answer:
monitoring
Detailed Answer:
You see , it's important that you be monitored while you've been taking the medication other wise , it's not possible to say if the medication is working . Ideally all the tests should be done first before planning the management protocol . A block in the tubes can happen anytime even with previous pregnancies . Is suggest you get the HSG and report is favourable then go back on the drugs with complete follicular monitoring . Time will be wasted if you keep taking the drugs and we dont know if you are ovulating .
