Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You can very well take pregnancy test now itself and tell me the results.
In case the test is negative and periods are delayed just like that, then I would like to advise you ultrasound for evaluation of repeated episodes of irregular periods.
Do the test and then we will discuss further management.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
It is common to have episodes of delayed periods off and on in most of females and is totally normal so don't worry about it.
Day to day stress and change in exercise and diet can cause such problems.
In general take a lot of water and fresh fruits and salads daily.
Yoga or gym is also a good option so can always start anytime.
Take care.
