What Causes Brownish Discharge From The Penis?
Question: I have just started experiencing a slight discharge from my penis that is brown in color
I have no pain or other indications
there appears to be a slight sensitivity at my penis opening
I am known to have prostate cancer but I have recently had a bioposy and am in "watchful waiting"

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been diagnosed to have cancer of the prostate and getting brownish discharge from penis .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was the biopsy of prostate done very recently before you started getting brownish discharge ?
2) Do you have other urinary symptoms like burning ,frequency etc ?
The brownish discharge is mostly due to super added infection of prostate .
Get swab test and culture of the discharge done to trace out the organisms causing this infection so that you can take appropriate antibiotic to eradicate infection .
In the mean while can take Doxicycline twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotc as per culture report .
