What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge And Contractions During 34 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Question: Hi good evening Dr..Am 34 weeks pregnant and today I had noticed brownish coloured stains ..Also have more no of contractions and tightening .Am feeling very tried and abdominal cramps also associated.Severe head ache and leg cramps.Is it beginning of labour pains.Waiting for ur advise

This shows placenta Previa . A life threatening condition where placenta is on lower part and can be life threatening.
You might need cesarean section delivery.

Thanks Dr..Pls let me know more abt transverse lie presentation.Also any chance of turning head now.Have grade 1 placenta Pervia,so any chance for normal delivery??I consulted my Dr she told me to take rest and report next week.Anything more to be considered,??Contractions and movements are normal.Any chance of premature delivery??10 movements(3/hour,) to be fine???

The chances of head turning down exist but less.

An ultrasound scan after 2 weeks needs to be checked if head has turned down and if placenta has moved up. Chances of normal delivery depends on that.
