Brief Answer:
She is having SHOW

Detailed Answer:
Hi,welcome to healthcare magic.I am here to help you.

What your daughter is experiencing is called as SHOW.This is normal mucus mixed with altered blood kind of discharge which happens in the beginning of labour. This means she is about to start her labour pains in a day or two.Secondly you had mentioned that she had no baby movements,in this case I would suggest her to keep a track on baby movements and if still no or decreased movements then she should go for induction of labour after consultation with her gynaec.

Wish you good health.
