What Causes Bruises All Over Arms And Arond Knees?

Question: I started about a month ago having bruises all over arms and around knees. I also lost 43 pounds in 6 months. I'm 31 years old female 5'10" and a 131 pounds. Even when working out and getting health before I weigh around 150 range. This is the smallest I have been since I was a teenager. My cbc blood work came back normal and my thyroid levels. I started having night sweats about two weeks age too. The bruising is so bad if someone just touches me I get horrible bruises. I run about 3 times a week and eat health. I'm not on any new medications. No black stool so I know not a stomach ulcer like I've had in the past. I take Thyroid medication but like I said those levels came back normal. Should I just not worry since cbc levels are fine? I haven't gone to any specialist. I'm guess I'm just hoping it will pass and not one to over worry.
