Brief Answer:
Easy bruising

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having easy bruising on your forearms. More than likely it is the aging process. As we mature the amount of connective tissue namely collagen decreases this makes our skin more prone to trauma and hence bruising.

Other things that may increase bruising is aspirin or any anti-inflammatory. These will impair the clotting factors and increase risk of bruising.

I am also sorry to hear that you have been having problems with itching since taking Vitamin K. I don't know if you have tried the antihistamines OTC like claritin or clarinex. If those don't help then you may want to try tagamet. Though tagamet is a stomach medicine it may also help with itching

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
