What Causes Bubbling Noises In The Head When Under Stress?

Question: Good morning. I wonder if you can help - last night I started getting a strange bubbling sort of noise in my head - at first I thought it was coming from my next door neighbours then realised it was inside my head. I went to bed, slept normally but this morning it is still there. Its like a dull thud today. Please could you put my mind at rest that its nothing serious. I will say yesterday I did have a bit of a panic as my dog got stung by a wasp and she is just getting over a bad bout of gastro (on medication from my vet) spoke to the vet and got her sorted - do you think the "stress" can have caused it. I admit I am that mad dog woman!!!! Ha. Thank you. XXXXX
Brief Answer:
Yes.Probably,panic has caused this.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Of course,I would agree on this that stress/panic is the most likely possibility over here. You need to do some mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and I hope this should improve your symptoms soon.
Besides,do you have any of the red flag symptoms like headache, vomiting or visual abnormalities?
I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with details so that I can answer this well further.
Regards

Good evening,
I hope you are right about the stress - its what I thought was the probable cause. It has been happening a few times today, whilst out at a craft fair, which was a little noisy and when I bent down to pick up the dog (she is a tiny XXXXXXX Dachshund weighing only 4.2 kilos) I have no other symptoms to alert you to - no headaches, vomiting or tummy upset just this strange, almost fuzzy feeling in my head. I hope you still think the probable cause is the stress. I will try to relax this evening and hope the problem resolves itself XXXX
