Question : Hello doctor...I had a c section on sept 18..two weeks later i noticed a bulge on the scar and it hurts. My bleeding was subsiding but for past two days bleeding has increased.. I have attached a picture of the scar, kindly take a look at it . I am quite worried that it got septic or something..?

You have to consult with your treating doctor because your stitch site get infected.
Maybe you need incision at stitch site and get pus get drain.
With antibiotic coverage dressing should be done.
Bleeding may occur due to hormonal changes.
