What Causes Bulgy Mass On The Labia Majora?

Question: I discovered an elongagted bulgy mass on one side of my outermost vulva about two days ago. It is now a little bloody. What could it be?
I had some Mupirocin Ointment on hand that I have been using on the site over the last few days.
I just check it and after the bloody discharge it has almost all gone away except a small little irritation?

It doesn't appear to be bulgy as it was earlier, but mass is definitely still there...would be hard to send a photo.
