Brief Answer:
PCOD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Bulky ovaries is a sign of Polycystic ovarian disease. In here the stromal thickness increases giving the ovaries a bulky size. Well, the scan also mentions that there are multiple follicles, it is a good sign as these are the ones which develop into eggs. PCOD is a condition where the egg number will be less and the ovaries will be filled with empty spaces called cysts. I believe you still are in early stage of the condition. Your fertility might not have been affected much as of now. The chances of pregnancy are fair if you are planning for.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Consult your nearest gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Sorry, I work online only.

You must consult a gynecologist practicing nearby your locality as this involves regular checkups. Also, hand on examination is very important to decide which medication is to be given.

Hope, you understand.
