What Causes Bump Between Anus And Vagina With Itching Sensation Inspite Of Having Hemorrhoids?
Question: HI, I am a female who's been suffering with hemorrhoids since I gave birth 10 months ago. I am currently constipated, and so the hemorrhoids flare up and become very itchy. This morning i notice a bump right between my anus and vagina where the perineal muscles would be. i noticed it because it was sensitive down there. Could this be because of my hemorrhoids? Or should i be worried that it could be something else?
Brief Answer:
The bump are hemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for asking HCM,
I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms, there is no reason to worry, because the bump you felt are hemorrhoids. There are four stages, and at the last stage you cannot return them into your anus. Constipation can make your symptoms much worse. My suggestion is to try to eat fiber food, foe example vegetables and fruit, and drink a lot of fluids, at least 1.5-2 L water.
You shoul also visit a gastroenterologist because sometimes, you need a little surgical procedure.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.

What stage would I be at? I recognize hemorrhoids and this one is not like the others , it is closer to my vagina and it's quite sensitive down there. Still think it's a hemorrhoid?
Brief Answer:
you need physical examination
Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for your other question. It would be good for you to visit your GP who could see it. Because it could be hemorrhoids but also vaginal prolaps or apsces, maybe gland inflammation. So it would be good that someone who is educated sees this area because the treatment is different. It seems like you are having stage 3/$ of hemoorhoids.
