Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Usually swelling is formed because of injection. It usually takes 1-2 days to completely resolve. I would suggest you to wait & observe for 24hrs. If it persists even after that period then it needs to get examined by a general surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

I would not say it is swelling. It feels more like fluid buildup in my forehead. Also does it make sense that the injection was done in my head but dripped into my forehead?
Brief Answer:
Visit a general surgeon for examination & workup
Detailed Answer:
hello
Its unlikely to occur on opposite site. I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an appointment for a general surgeon. He will examine it and may advise ultrasound of the swelling. Further management will depend upon the results of test & examination.
Thank You
