What Causes Bump On Testicle Post Protected Oral Sex?

Question: Had protected oral sex a couple days ago, and now have a bump on my testicles that is not painful to the touch. could it be herpes?

Welcome back to health care magic. I have gone through the photos and details.

It appears to be due to folliculitis due to friction or irritation.It does not appear to be due to herpes.
It may be due to trimming the hair too short, followed by friction in the area.

I would have advised the following:
- Clean the area with warm water twice daily.
- Wear loose cotton inner wears.
- Avoid trimming hairs too short.
-Avoid friction or irritation especially when hairs are trimmed.
- Apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin.

You can get back with details, If still does not subside.I do not see possibility of STDs.
