What Causes Bumps On Foreskin?

Question: I have some clusters of small flesh colored pale pink bumps in my foreskin that are not anchored. They do not have a whitehead or cause any pain whatsoever, everything functions normally. I would say they are the size each the size of a sprinkle. When erect they seem harder and more noticeable. What might this be?
Brief Answer:
Most likely fordyce spots.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences. If it is this then harmless. If you send a picture of the bumps then it will be more helpful in identifying.
For fordyce spots you can take more garlic and anti oxidants. Applying tretinoin cream locally also will be helpful. Avoid genital area to be too sweaty and greasy. Change sweaty cloths in time.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
