What Causes Bumps On Skin Of Stomach Area?

Question: hi... I realize this is a dark picture but can you tell me what this is... the picture is of an obese with with what I believe is extreme lympodema on her large stomach? is that what all those bumps are? what are all the bumps or lumps...however you want to say it. please advise. thank you

Hi,

I think all of those bumps are adipose tissue. They are pockets of fat and blurping out of the thin skin. Yeah there can be lymphodema with non pitting type.
