What Causes Bumps On Testicle Sac On Both Sides?

default
Posted on Fri, 13 Feb 2015
Question: I have a few bumps on my testicle sack on both sides and under my testicals sack. They itch and tingle late at night. My waste also itches as well as the back of my legs and arms were itching im not sure if it was due to dry skin or lack of water. I've noticed them since i started my new job and work overnight 12hours. I washed with sulfur soap and soaked in the tub with a medication that I purchased online but It hasn't gone away. I was tested for HIV, syphillis, chlamydia and gonorrhea recently with all negative results. About three weeks ago. My last sexual contact was about 6 months ago. I have never had any bumps or issues in my genital area prior to this. There are no bumps or irritation on any area of my penis. The bumps seem to come on go for the last three months and my last contact was 6 months ago protected. I'm not sure whats wrong but the tingling feeling makes me nervous because I fear that it could be something contagious like herpes 2.
Ive uploaded a picture of the bump located on the left side of my testicle sack.

Brief Answer:
Not herpes in my opinion sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the information provided by you, your presentation does not seem related to a sexually transmitted infection sir.

Your presentation seems more associated to hygiene, long hours of sitting, poor diet, dehydration, etc. I am assuming you have a desk job and so are seated most of the 12-hours that you are on duty? If so, there are issues with sweat and poor circulation that can rise from this kind of activity.

I understand this as I too had night-duty while I was an intern and this brought about numerous health issues for me as well. I would only recommend keeping the region clean and dry as much as possible. Try to get up and walk around once every 30 minutes or so. Try to shower at least once every day as a lost of dampness and sweat accumulates in the groin region with a desk job.

For now, all that I have to recommend are the following things:

+Shower everyday
+Try to take a sitz bath with epsom salt as many times in a day as possible
+Indirect warm compress to the swellings
+Change your inner wear at least twice a day, once before you leave for work and the second time after leaving from work

I doubt this could be related to herpes as I have seen the clear image that you attached (thank you for that), but for your satisfaction you could go about a herpes test on request at any local clinic that has a laboratory or a multi-speciality hospital which will have this test for sure.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
