Have bumps on penile shaft which looks like to be warrs aftwr researching but what are these dark spots that have appeared they Arent causing any pain jusr a slight itch on the largest i used apple cidar on bumps they scabbed the dark spot is not raised

You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities and how long you are having these lesions.
Your lesion over the shaft of penis does not seem to be a genital wart. Wart would have a rough and irregular surface(verucous) rather a smooth contour. Warts would not have responded to Apple Cider application. Possibility of Genital Herpes (HSV 2) Infection can not be ruled out.
The dark macule (spot) over the peno-scrotal junction or over scrotal skin has nothing to do with STD/HIV. Not to worry. It could be a nevus (if blunded with surface), or a seborrheic keratosis (if it is palpable). Both are skin conditions, mostly not need any intervention. It would have been present earlier and you would not have noticed before your sexual activities.
Consult a Dermato-venereologist. He/she will examine you and if necessary with certain investigations, arrive at a diagnosis and treat you promptly. Get well soon.

So those bumps look like genital herpes? From many online articles i read they states warts would scab of applied with ACV. Also that heres bumps are more like open sores which these do not seem tonfeel like they arent casuing me of any pain.My sexual activity is with my girlfriend we have raw sex but ive never seen any signs from her or suspicion of cheating.

Any possibility of this being a skin rash of somebsort. The dark spot on the testicle area actually started peeling the dark spot off when washed as well btw.

The scrotal lesion is now red are you sure this is not related to the penile bumps? Also have a better picture of the bumps on the shaft

Anyway, regarding the penile shaft lesion, still I favor the diagnosis of Genital herpes only. Regarding the scrotal lesions possibility of related to the sexual activity can not be ruled out and possibly related to penile lesion.
