They hurt when i wipe them and burn im 5 months pregnants and yes this is my first episode, and no he doesnt have any

I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get it examined clinically to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.

For pain and burning you can take tablet paracetamol.
