What Causes Bumps Over Glans Penis?
Question: Hello. about 3 days ago, i noticed a bump on the skin of my penis, on the shaft area. at first, it hurted alittle. Alittle background, i have tried doing jelqing excersices for maybe a week, but stopped because it was started hurting my penis. I am also sexually active, and always have protected sex, never unprotected. Im alittle worried on what it is.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bumps on the glans of penis .
The photographs that you have uploaded can not be visualized properly may be due to you have taken photograph from very close angle .
Bumps over glans penis are mostly due to infection of glans penis (Ballanitis) or due to allergic reaction to chemicals used in condoms as a lubricant.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

I have uploaded all new photos and deleted the previous ones. Are these better?...I am afraid this might be a STI like a wart or something.
