What Causes Burn Like Small Dots On Arm?
Question: I have some dots i scrach it and now it heals but look like it is burm marks 3 spot on my arm

I have reviewed the attached photograph.
Their are few possibilities looking at the image: it can be either insect bite reaction or irritant contact dermatitis to something you have applied on your arm or drug reaction to any medicine you are taking.
In either of the condition I recommend my patients to apply steroid cream like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
In case associated with itching or burning I also suggest them to take Tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
