Brief Answer:
you should go for investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
First of all let me tell you that burning and pain in feet is not related to amlodipine.
It simply leads to swelling of feet as its side effect ,so changing from amlodipine plain to asomex may reduce swelling but not burning and pain in feet.your vomiting also cant be related to change of amlodipine.Your BP is very much under control with Macardis and amlodipine.
I suggest you to check for Diabetes as painful burning feet may be feature of diabetic neuropathy.you should take domperidone and PPi group of medicine to control vomiting .You also need work up for vomiting viz.kidney functions, liver functions and sonograohy of upper abdomen.
I request you to provide these informations
My best wishes

So you think i should stop taking asomax 5mg but it has improved my pressure with amlodeplin it use to br btween 140 and 150. /80. P70 and aftertalking asomax 5 mg. it is 137/75. P70. Only problem is feeling nocia. Sick like vomiting but never vomited. I have also been talking stemetil 5mg for my balanceing problem for long time do you think that sickness feeling is due to asomx 5mg or can i take 2.5 mg asomax

Brief Answer:
vomiting may be due to other cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you are sure that your nausea has started only after starting amlodipine and by stopping it for a day or two eliminated nausea then you may stop it and monitor your BP ,if BP goes up more than 150/90 then you may step up mycardis to 80 mg.
But since you have balance problem vomiting may be part of same problem causing imbalance.
You may discuss this with treating doctor and plan to stop amlodipine under his observation .

My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
