Brief Answer:
Probably esophagitis ( inflammation of the food pipe)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM

Burning pain in the chest is often due to an inflammation in the food pipe ( esophagus). Take an antacid and if you do not have it, you could try drinking milk.

If it does not give you relief, you should go to the ER to be examined and tested.

Take care
