What Causes Burning Pain Duration Urination And Presence Of Semen In Urine?

Question: 19 year old.This has been ongoing for the past 6months.Antibiotics from uroligists dont help, my penis seems smaller ( already very small so much that it have to check its there) and my balls tighter I have pain especially with yellow pee, I have a hard time starting my flow, I have developed intense dribbling after I pee, my pee is splittng into more than 1 or 2 directions for no reason. Semen is present in urine causing intense burn type pain. urethra is sore or uncomfterable time to time. I cum much easier yet my cum never stings. When I pee it always hurts at the begging, and sometimes my pee only comes out of the top of my urethra, like a blowhole for a whale or something.. These are my symptoms, at the begging I used to have a 24/7 irritation at the head of my penis. I have been urine cultured and have come up negative for everything. I have to pee 2-3 times in 15 minutes when i drink a lot of water instead of once. please help. No lesions+sores. Without water or cranberry = uncomfort and pain with urine

Thanks for your query . Based on the symptoms that you have posted it appears that you have narrowing of urethral passage (Stricture Urethra).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex ? and purulent urethral discharge before developing these symptoms ?
2) Did you have any STD before getting these symptoms?

All the symptoms that you have are suggestive of due to narrowing of urethral passage (Stricture Urethra).

You need to consult qualified Urologist and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1)Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Radiological test called Cystourethrogram to rule out stricture of urethra.

If turns out to be positive you will need to undergo endoscopic surgery of Visual Internal Urethrotomy (VIU) or open surgery of Urethroplasty which will depend upon the extent and tightness of stricture.
