I understand your concern. I need to more details so that I am better able to help.
Since when this started? Does the pain radiate?
Any history of trauma to neck or head?
Any weakness in arms and legs?
Do you have any comorbidities like diabetes hypertension etc?
Your symptoms point towards nerve impingement or entrapment. As it involves upper and lower limbs left side, so the problem might be high up, probably in the cervical spine. Hence, an MRI cervical spine should be done to rule out neurological damage. Also, an Electromyography and Nerve conduction velocity test (EMG and NCV) of all four limbs can be done to check muscle power and nerve entrapment locally if any.
You should avoid alcohol and smoking if any.
Test for blood sugar should be carried out too to rule out diabetes.
For now, pregabalin-mecobalamin, local dry heat and painkillers should be helpful to relieve pain.
Kindly answer the above questions and see an orthopedic surgeon to get the tests done.
Get back to me with the reports so that I can help you further.
Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
