Question: I had astroke 3 months ago and I still ge grange feelings in the mouth but my tongue feels like it is burnt and I have two large cracks on the top I wondered what it was

The cracks which you are mentioning , which are present on your tongue are a normal finding of tongue called as fissured tongue, which is present approximately in 30 present of people.
But burning sensation in it is something rare, but you should not take tension as it is not associated with your stroke.
To get relief from this burning sensation, you can start with some antioxidants and an anesthetic mouthwash.
Once you should consult a good dentist also to get examined other areas of mouth and tongue.
