Brief Answer:
Kindly add detail to your query

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the burning sensation and heat boil like eruptions on the head of penis.

I have gone though the picture attached with the query and can make out that there is inflammation and mild infection of the head of the penis which is known as "Balanoposthitis" (BP).

There are multiple causes of the BP including improper hygiene, after vigorous sex, due to allergy to condoms, due to aging itself and many a time s due to increased sugar in the blood known as diabetes too.

I request you to add more detail to your query so that I can help you better:

- Since how long you have the problem.

- Was it burning sensation which started first or the heat boil like things.

- how often you get this kind of problem.

- Any history of unprotected intercourse prior to the appearance of the problem.

- Have you gone for your blood sugar check up.

- Any medications taken for the same.

Hope to hear soon from your side.

Regards,

This problem started maybe a week ago. I think the slight burning sensation started first and then the heat boils.

This is the first time I have had this problem

I hope you can go through the history of me. i have done all tests including blood sugar. I have not had sex at all for more than three months

I have not taken any medication till date
