Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
You were operated in Oct 15 and since the post op period was uneventful, you need not to worry much.
Post defecation fecal soiling and burning sensation after defecation might be related to fistula in Ano or fissure in anus.
I would advise to follow these guidelines
Continue taking sitz bath at least twice daily
Have lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, dietary fibers in your diet.
Avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softeners
You can use anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine especially for burning sensation post defecation.
Here I would advise you to consult general surgeon or GI surgeon for tests to rule out fistula or anal incontinence or CT scan or MRI of lower abdomen and perineum to find out any post surgical complication.
I have not find any reports attached with this question so, please upload me all your report and relevant information so that I will be able to guide you better
Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
The gastroenterologist said like there is no issue n everything is fine,he added like the tissues are tender n takes time to heal.so just give time and relax.but I'm worried lot, it's not a day or two it's been so many months and my health doesn't return bk to normal. Wats the reason for defecation 2 times and y I'm not getting it complete by morning itself? Also I have urge to go to toilet, soon after feel like defecating. For tht I'm doin Kegel but the holding strains anus and i rush to toilet.
you need to see a general surgeon or GI surgeon for further investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
welcome again and thanks for all the details
I have received your report, have gone through it.
Since you had undergone a surgery and post op complication might have developed, so I would advise you to consult a general surgeon or GI surgeon for per rectal examination and Further investigation like fistula test or CT/MRI to find out the underlying cause especially for post defecation fecal soiling and incomplete evacuation of bowel.
As such as per your doctor's prescription and examination findings are quite satisfactory like sphincter tone is adequate, perineal body is normal but tenderness at perineal body and posterior fourchette is suggestive of some inflammation.
So in my opinion you should see a general surgeon or GI surgeon as per your convenience for investigation to rule out any post op complication.
Meanwhile continue with the medicines you are taking and follow all the measures as advised you in my previous answer.
Hope you will fine my response informative and helpful, please feel free to discuss further.
Best wishes
