Posted on Wed, 3 Dec 2014
Question: when I pee there is slight burning sensation or soarness where the pee comes out at the tip of my penis and appears to be red. I did have sex two weeks ago however there was some rubbing of genitals before the condom went on. Any idea?
Just noticed this yesterday on Sunday.

Brief Answer:
likely due to friction.details and photos required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear about whether you have any ulcers, any symptoms like fever, discharge, lymph Node swelling , other diseases etc.
If you do not have any above mentioned symptoms then it may be due to friction or irritation during the episode. You can drink plenty of water and fluids.clean area with warm water twice daily .i would have suggested to apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin .
If symptoms present then needs investigation for STDs. May be urethritis.
Please get back for clarification with details and clear photos of redness.
Thank you
