Question: my pennis is getting red all of sudden and some portion of the front skin is also getting cracked pls heip. i am also having a burning sensation, swelling problem is also there.

Probably you have developed allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective.

It's looking like a mixed bacterial and fungal infection.
I treat such cases with topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole in night and mupirocine ointment to be applied in morning.
