Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are related to GERD or other gastrointestinal issues.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Since four stress test were negative this exclude the possibility of cardiac angina. Other causes are to be looked for.
My opinion is that your symptoms are more likely related to GERD ( acid reflux ) or other gastrointestinal issues.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
