Your symptoms are not detailed. It would be difficult to bring out the possibilities for the problem you have.

Please answer these questions:
How long do you have the burning sensation? How severe is the problem?
Do you have weakness in both the arms too?
Do you have it on the dorsal aspect of the forearm and hand? I need the exact location. The nerve innervations are responsible.
What is your age and gender?
Do you have any medical conditions like diabetes, arthritis, nutritional problems or pregnancy?

The lower, outsides of the arms are affected. Took 1 aspirin and it helped. Little of
the tingling sensations are remaining.
I am a male, 72 years old with no medical problems.
Active in Gym and running (soccer also) about 4 to 5 times a week.

It is good to know that you are active and it helps with Aspirin. Still a EKG at the urgent clinic would help to rule out serious issues.

I doubt the medical emergencies at this age, they are unpredictable. So better an EKG for proper verification.
