Question: Ive been experiencing a burning sensation inside my uterus should i be concern
im also experiencing lower back pain and cramps from and back of lower abdomen

Hi,

I understand your concerns about burning sensation.

Burning sensation in uterus cannot be felt. Hence this burning is not from uterus. This is likely to be from urinary tract infection (UTI).

I suggest you get urine examination done to check for urinary tract infection.

This is definitely not from uterus.

Another possibility is from gastritis. Sometimes gastritis presents like this. Please take an antacid available over the counter and see if it helps.

in addition to the burning sensation, I've been cramping for a week with out a period.
last period I had was 28 days ago and it was XXXXXXX to an iid removal.
