What Causes Burning Sensation In Mouth With Dry Nose?

Question: I have been feeling a burning sensation in my mouth on the right side when you roll your tongue underneath the gums. It seems the nerve there is a bit tender. I went to the dentist and he said it could be an infection. There werent any ulcers in the mouth. He prescribed amoxicyllin for 5 days. However it keeps coming back or probably never went away. The burning and Tenderness is more in the evening. I also have pain in my ear that comes and goes. My mouth and lips burn at times and is largely on the right side. Though sometimes I also feel it on the left hand side. Since two days there's a bump on my gums that broke and now it has a white skin under which there's a little red lesion - as if it was bruised. I don't have fever. I also have a dry nose. I showed it to an ENT and he said it could be allergy but nothing to worry about. The symptoms don't seem to go away. I noticed that the pain in the ear seems to go away if I take an antacid - not sure what is happening. The tongue burns too.
Brief Answer:
Gastric acid reflux and vitamin B deficiency can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Gastroesophageal reflux and vitamin B complex deficiency. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole for 2 weeks will be helpful. Vitamin B complex also should be taken. You can apply gels containing choline salicylate like zytee RB gel locally on lesions also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
