Brief Answer:
Considerations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks the query.

I would recommend you contact your doctor to report these symptoms. It could mean a couple of possible causes.

One possible cause is that you may be dealing with some type of bacterial infection. Sexually transmitted infections and urinary tract infections can present with a burning sensation like this.

It sounds like your doctor thought you had epididymitis which is often treated with Cipro.

Lastly the symptoms you are having now may represent a sensitivity to Cipro.

Your doctor may consider checking a urine culture or urinalysis for further workup of these symptoms. Thus, please get the urine culture done and get back to me with the reports for further evaluation.

Thanks again for the query. Please Followup with your doctor for further management.

Sincerley,

Dr Galamaga.
